At 99Skills, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and ensuring your satisfaction. However, please be aware that once payment is made, it is non-refundable. We urge you to carefully consider your decision before enrolling in any of our courses. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All Payments Are Final: Payments made for course enrollments are non-refundable. Once you have enrolled and made the payment, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

2. Course Transfers

Course Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend a course you have enrolled in, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future course date or a different course of equal value. This is subject to availability and at the discretion of 99Skills. All transfer requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

3. Course Start Date by 99Skills

If due to any unforeseen circumstances,  99Skills is unable to start the course on mentioned date  99Skills reserves the right to extend the course start day by maximum of  8 weeks. Further if course does not start after 8 weeks, enrolled students are liable for full refund.

Cancellation : If 99Skills cancels a course due to any unforeseen circumstances, full refund shall be processed.

Note: All Refund Shall be processed within 7 working days through the original payment mode.
It may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect the amount in your bank account.
